Voicemail detection catches the iPhone call screener
Calls handed to voicemail by a screener now end as voicemail, and silent voicemails get the right label.

When an iPhone call screener passed the call to voicemail, agents with voicemail detection on could keep talking to the voicemail. These calls now end and are marked as voicemail. Voicemails that hung up without a message are also labeled voicemail instead of a completed call.
