Ways to connect a number

Use WhatsApp Business (recommended) for real customers. To try your agent in a few minutes without Meta setup, use Quick test with your phone. Numbers on Twilio or Interakt can be imported too.

WhatsApp is included on every paid plan. Each message you send costs a small amount from your wallet; messages you receive are free. Plans include 2,000 (Jump Starter) or 10,000 (Growth) broadcast messages a month. Meta bills its own charges separately. See Who charges what and Pricing.
