Retired voices no longer break calls
Bots on a voice that was being phased out now switch automatically instead of failing.

A set of older voices in our catalogue is being retired. Bots still configured with one of them would have had their calls fail, so we automatically moved every affected bot to the closest matching replacement voice. No calls were interrupted and no action is needed on your end.
